At ShadeSock, we want you under the shade as soon as possible. We’ve kept our shipping process simple so you can focus on planning your next beach day.

1. Shipping Cost: Free! it's on us!

We provide complimentary shipping on all orders across South Africa, with no minimum spend required.

2. Delivery Partner & Timelines

To ensure your canopy arrives safely, we ship exclusively via The Courier Guy.

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.

Service Area: Door-to-door delivery in most South African locations, remote areas should contact us for confirmation.

3. Tracking Your Shade

As soon as your ShadeSock is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via The Courier Guy’s online portal.

4. A Quick Note on Logistics

Processing: Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday).

Public Holidays: Our couriers take a break on weekends and public holidays, so please factor this into your expected arrival time if you're ordering right before a long weekend.
